User-generated content
Every report is written by an individual user about their own experience. Ghosted does not write, edit, verify, or endorse reports. Moderation checks that reports appear to follow our Community Rules; it is not a finding that the events described are true.
Scores and statistics
Hiring scores, report counts, and issue percentages are mechanical aggregates of approved user reports. They are not ratings, rankings, or judgements made by Ghosted, and may not represent a company's overall hiring practices. Small numbers of reports can skew results.
Not professional advice
Nothing on the Platform is legal, financial, or career advice. If you believe you have been defrauded (for example, asked to pay a fee for a job), contact the police or the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in).
Company names and trademarks
Company names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the company being discussed. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.
Corrections and removal
If you believe a report is unlawful, defamatory, identifies an individual, or breaches confidentiality, you can request a review through our Grievance Officer. Companies can also verify and respond publicly.
